Canada's police force agrees to restrict Taser use - 19 Jun 2008 at 1:26am - VANCOUVER, British Columbia -- The Royal Canadian Mounted Police said it will restrict Taser use after the head of its public watchdog said the force should only use the weapons in situations where suspects are combative or could cause harm.
