Bush prods Congress before Europe trip - 31 Mar 2008 at 8:28am - WASHINGTON -- On his way out of the country, President Bush stopped long enough Monday to tell Congress what to do what while he was away: pass legislation he wants on matters of trade, housing and terrorist surveillance.

He's right: the Senate really should get off their lazy butts and pass the House version of the FISA bill.
