President Bush, in Mexico for a summit, told reporters he was pleased. "I'm really grateful she was released and thank those who worked hard for her release, and we're glad she's alive," he said.
I certainly hope he wasn't thanking anyone who negotiated with terrorists. Because. We don't do that.
