One Down, How Many More To Go..............?

Supreme Court nominee Harriet Miers withdrew her nomination consideration amid growing discontent amongst many Conservatives, and senators from both parties concerns over her qualifications of judicial prowess. But, was there more than meets the eye about this withdrawal? Of course there is, many senators were concerned over the White House refusal to turn over certain documents pertaining to Miers, claiming not just attorney-client privilege but executive privilege as well. There is a much more convenient reason for her withdrawal, one day before special prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald is going to hand down indictments in the CIA Leak Case. Miers, afterall is the Chief White House Counsel and her office is extraordinarily obsessed with what Fitzgerald is going to do about the leaking of a CIA agent's identity that is knocking right at the back door of the White House.
